同軸照明の特長

同軸照明（LED同軸落射照明）とは一旦照明をレンズ内に入れて、レンズ方向から垂直に照明を落射させ観察物を照射し、その反射光を同じレンズで受け取る方法のこと。
通常のリング照明ではハレーションが起こりやすい、金属、樹脂、シリコンウェハなど光反射率の高い対象物、銀色にメッキされたシールやフィルムなどの表面観察にも適しています。

拡散反射物の観察にはリング照明が適しています。

Differences in appearance between coaxial lighting and ring lighting

*Coaxial lighting is not suitable for objects that diffuse light, such as printed materials.

Observe the ink dots printed on the paper.

The dots cannot be clearly observed when using coaxial incident lighting.

When using ring lighting, the dots can be observed clearly.
