FTO・ITOガラス基板とは
耐熱ガラスにフッソドープ酸化スズ （FTO＝Fluorine-doped tin oxide） 膜やインジウムドープ酸化スズ (ITO＝Indium Tin Oxide)膜をコーティングした導電性を持つガラス基板のこと。高い透明性を保ちつつ、優れた導電性を持つ金属膜コーティングガラスです。
用途としては液晶ディスプレイ、タッチパネルなどに用いられていますが、近年ではクリーンで再生可能な太陽光発電がクローズアップされている世の中で、色素増感太陽電池の基板材料として活用することも注目されています。
