Quality Assurance Regulations

If a malfunction occurs during the warranty period when the product is used correctly in accordance with the instructions, we will repair it free of charge.
However, malfunctions and damage that fall under the following conditions are excluded from free repairs and will require a fee.

  1. Failure or damage caused by improper handling or use not in accordance with the instruction manual.
  2. Disassembly or modification outside of our company.
  3. Failure or damage caused by transportation, dropping, physical impact, etc. after purchase.
  4. Failure or damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, flood, or earthquake.
  5. Consumables.
  6. Failure to return the product to our company.
  7. Failure to submit the warranty certificate.
  8. Failure to include the purchase date, retailer name, and stamp on the warranty certificate.
  9. Changes in appearance such as scratches.
  10. Cleaning the lens or camera.
  11. Software updates.
  12. Other failures or damage not considered our responsibility.

Please send the product together with a copy of the quality guarantee certificate to us or your retailer.
The purchase date should be written by the retailer, and quality guarantee certificates without the retailer’s name and seal will be invalid, so please check at the time of purchase.

About repairs

Please contact us in advance and send the defective product to us or your local dealer.
Please note that we may not be able to repair the defective product if you are unable to send it to us.
We will return the product to you after providing you with a repair estimate and payment instructions after the repair is completed.

  1. Please note that depending on the condition of the product and other factors, we may replace the product instead of repairing it.
  2. In consideration of the environment and to reduce repair costs, we may use refurbished or replacement parts during repairs.
