Other necessary charges besides the product price	Consumption tax is not included in the displayed price. For orders totaling less than 10,000 yen, a flat shipping fee of 550 yen (including tax) will be charged.
Defective product	We will replace items free of charge in the event of our shipping error or initial product defects. Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or changes to orders after confirmation due to customer reasons.

Transaction completion date	Your order will be considered officially confirmed once we receive your order form or order email. Please note that cancellations or changes to the model are not permitted after the order has been confirmed. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations after the order has been confirmed.
Product delivery time	In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days of your order, excluding weekends and holidays. For made-to-order items and out-of-stock items, we will contact you separately via email regarding the delivery date.
Payment methods	We will send you a delivery slip and invoice along with your order. You can choose from the following payment methods: (1) Bank transfer within two weeks of receiving the product (2) Yamato Transport’s Collect Service (cash on delivery) (3) For corporate customers, bank transfer according to your company’s payment regulations (4) Depending on the circumstances, we may request advance payment as an exception. Please note that bank transfer fees for (1), (3), and (4), or cash-on-delivery fees for (2), will be borne by the customer.
About Cash on Delivery	If you wish to use the Collect Service (cash on delivery), please inform us when placing your order. Please note that if you do not inform us, payment will be by bank transfer.
